Répondant aux questions Giulia Salvi journaliste présentatrice pour Virgin Radio Italie, sur les probabilités de sortir trois albums avant la fin de 2025, Un qui sera une comédie musicale et un autre qui sera plus intimiste et qui sera une sorte de retour aux sources et aux débuts du groupe, Chris répond « Oui 3 albums, mais je pense que ça nous prendra un peu plus de temps, je pense 3 ans de plus. »
Parlant du futur album du groupe Chris déclare que « Moon Music sortira très probablement en début de l’année prochaine (2024) qu'il est lié à Music Of The Spheres, mais plus comme un cousin qu’une suite de ce dernier, avec l’évolution des sessions d’enregistrement Moon Music est devenu plus sa propre entité, il ne peut être donc pas défini comme une suite de Music Of The Spheres,, mais fera très certainement partie de la tournée l’an prochain», et a fait allusion à d'éventuelles collaborations.
Chris révèle aussi que le groupe est toujours en sessions d’enregistrements durant sa tournée actuelle Music Of The Spheres World Tour, et qu’ils travaillent toujours sur les chansons de leur prochain album Moon Music.
In an interview with Virgin Radio Italy, Chris revealed that Coldplay's next album, Moon Music, will be released in early 2024.
Answering questions from Giulia Salvi, journalist and presenter for Virgin Radio Italy, about the band's plans to release three albums before the end of 2025, one of them will be a musical and the other will be more intimate and will be a sort of return to the band's early years, Chris replied, "Yes, three albums, but I think it will take us a bit longer, I think another three years.
Talking about the band's future album Chris states that "Moon Music will most likely be released early next year (2024) and is related to Music Of The Spheres, but more like a cousin than a sequel to it, with the evolution of the recording sessions Moon Music has become more its own entity, so it can't be defined as a sequel to Music Of The Spheres, but will most definitely be part of the tour next year", and hinted at possible collaborations.
Chris also reveals that the band are still in recording sessions during their current Music Of The Spheres World Tour, and are still working on songs for their forthcoming album Moon Music.
